Return Process

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all professional tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned medical gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
